Last night a tree branch broke off of my neighbors tree and broke my windsheild and put a dent in my hood, how should I go about that with out using my insurance company, I do not have the $500 deductable to pay for it.

Normally, homeowner's ins. policies do not cover trees falling on cars - you submit the claim through your auto ins. - comprehensive coverage. I don't know why the tree fell but if it was decaying/dying & the neighbor knew it & ignored the situation, he may be responsible for damage to the car & claim paid under the liability portion of his homeowner's policy. Did this happen during a storm?
